Geoff’s primary focus is exploring the principles and conditions that drive ‘Creativity-Innovation-Entrepreneurship’ and the relationship with economic prosperity and culture.

 

Aspiring entrepreneurs frequent Geoff’s office seeking encouragement and advice. Geoff is also on UW’s Entrepreneurial Dream Team assigned to develop the University’s entrepreneurship strategy.

 

At uWaterloo, Geoff holds the positions of director of the International Trade Specialization, the Management Studies Program and has been a key architect in the innovative Arts and Business program.

 

Geoff holds an appointment as an assistant director in the Economic Development program offered by Waterloo where he works with professionals in the development of policies to promote an entrepreneurial culture to drive a region’s prosperity.Geoff is active outside of the university as he holds positions on numerous boards.

 

He also provides support as a consultant, working with organizations in developing and implementing meaningful strategies.
